Student Online Personal Protection Act (SOPPA)
LearnPlatform Status - SOPPA (105 ILCS 85)
A district curriculum leader determines if applications, websites, or extensions should be used as resources in the department. The application status indicates whether students in the school district can use an application/website. The ‘Approved for Use’ status in LearnPlatform indicates that the application, website, or extension is a resource that has been approved by the department.
