Make a Copy of the Tracker by clicking the link below:
 
Record your Assignments in the first tab.
Record ANY school events in Import School Events tab
 
 
After clicking on the link above, you'll be taken to a screen where you will be asked to Copy document.
Click on the blue Make a Copy.
This will create a Copy of "Assignment Tracker SY22/23" to your Google Drive.
 
 
 
There are two assignments that are listed on the Assignment Tab. These are just for demonstration purpose.
You can delete them. Delete the information in the:
  • Class Column
  • Assignment Column
  • Due Date Column
You can also Uncheck the box for the ELA assignment.
 
 
 
 
When you have assignments listed, when you complete them - check the box at the end of the row. This will cross the assignment off your list and remove the time remaining.
 
 
 
How much time you have to complete an assignment can be found in the last two columns. The total number of days until your due date is in the time remaining and a message about the time can be found next to it. 
 
You can also add dates to the IMPORTANT SCHOOL DATES tab.
 
When you add an Assignment or an Important Date - it Automatically populates to the Month tab.
 
 
 
 
 
To move between tabs, click on the tab that you want to display.
If you can't see the tab that you want to move to, one option is to (A) click on the left and right arrows along the bottom bar.
Another option is to click on the (B) 4 Bars next to the + button on the far left side of the bottom bar. This will display all the tabs that you have on the spreadsheet - even ones that you've hidden.
To make the spreadsheet easier to read as you move throughout the year, it might make sense to hide months that have already occured. To do this, click on the down arrow next to the Month's name (or right click on the month's tab) and the choose (C) Hide sheet.
