My student(s) cannot access their classroom Google Meet
Chrome may be logged in with another account. Log out any other users connected to Chrome. Open a new Chrome tab and go to the website classroom.google.com. Have your student log in and join the class through Classroom. If you are in Google Classroom under another student's account, click on the Google Account icon in the upper right and switch user to the student joining the Google Meet.

To view videos, make sure your child is signed into his or her school Google account and not a personal one.

How do I switch between my children's Google Classrooms?
You can add and view multiple student accounts in Classroom. To add another account, click the initial or picture circle in the upper right corner of the dashboard and select Add another account. To switch between accounts, click on the email address in the upper right of the screen and select the account for current use. If switching between accounts causes issues, choose Sign out of all accounts and have your student sign in with his or her account.

Students in grades 5 - 12 have access to Gmail. The username is the student's ID number and the domain @students.sd308.org. An example is 10000001@students.sd308.org. Passwords are unique to each student.
