Honor Choir

Fourth and fifth grade students have the option to join Honor Choir for the Spring semester. At The Wheatlands, Honor Choir meets on Tuesday mornings at 7:30. Participants learn the mechanics of good singing technique, music reading skills, part-singing in harmony, how to perform and blend with a musical ensemble, and most importantly have fun. All District Honor Choirs participate in a combined Elementary Choir Festival. This event is always an exciting conclusion to all our hard work. Honor Choir will also be performing in April at The Kane County Cougars Game! Information for this group will come out around Thanksgiving.
